| A small team from the ECKA Bletchley Dragons club travelled to Stratford-upon-Avon for the International Combat Organisation (ICO) British Championships.
The competition was of a very high standard, but everyone who fought managed to leave with a medal: Sensei Geoff Aldridge - 2nd place - Men Veterans Advance Semi-contact Henry Stockwell - 3rd place - Boys Advanced Light Continuous Graeme Nye - 3rd Place - Men Advanced Semi-contact Robyn Vaughan - 3rd Place - Girls Advanced Semi-contact |

| At the Eclipse Fight Night on the 7th March 2010 at the Oceana Night Club, Wolverhampton, Danielle Gedling and Chouayb Hamze of the ECKA both won their full contact kickboxing fights. | |

| Alfie Davis wins WAKO British Light Contact Title | 20/2/2010 |
| Alfie Davis from Enfield ECKA has successfully defended his British title at the WAKO British Championships in Nottingham on February 20th 2010. Alfie beat Ryan Pacey with a unanimous decision to win the light contact title. Alfie also competed in the Full Contact cadet division on the second day of the two day tournament and easily made his way to the final beating his first opponent with a fabulous double spinning hook kick combination knocking him down for a standing eight count. Alfie lost the final on a split decision, a very close fight which could have gone either way. Alfie secures his place in the WAKO British squad for the 3rd year running and will be going to Belgrade in Serbia for the World Championship Finals in September. | |
